Welcome to The Roy Rogers-Dale Evans Museum. Our place isn't really a typical museum - it's personal - things that Roy & Dale have done, and the kids and the family and Trigger. All the stuff Roy had saved - tools his dad had when he was little, some of his mom's scrapbooks, pictures from the early days of the Sons of the Pioneers, all sorts of things that meant something to Roy and Dale. You know, Trigger is one of our most popular exhibits. He is mounted like so many people remember him - rearing up on his hind legs.

In the museum you'll find family photos dating back to Roy and Dale's childhood, colorful costumes, parade saddles, memorabilia from the silver screen and television, artifacts from Roy's real-life safari adventures, fan mail, comic strips, Roy and Dale's Remington collection, tributes to his friends and sidekicks, and much, much more.

The Butterfly Place is an indoor live exhibit, which has been carefully designed for the propagation and development of some of nature's most colorful living creations. This wonderful man-made habitat is contained within a 9,000 sq. ft. glass building. Within this greenhouse's living butterfly environment can be found a variety of colorful plants and shrubs, each of which has been selected as a source of nectar for the butterflies. At any given time, our environment may contain up to 2,000 butterflies representing 50 or more different species from around the world, although butterflies which are native to Southern Missouri are featured whenever possible

Veterans Memorial Museum

'Honoring Those Who Served' Over 18,000 sq. ft. of exhibits progressing through the wars of the 20th Century including WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and the Persian Gulf. The world`s largest bronze war memorial sculpture (70` long, 15-tons), a full-sized World War Two P-51 Mustang fighter, and over 2000 exhibits honor all branches of military service and the enduring support from the American home front. World's Largest Toy Museum

Remembering your childhood has never been so much fun! The new Antique Toy Museum is like Christmas morning every day!!!

You can rediscover the joy of their favorite toys and reminisce about their childhood heroes such as Shirley Temple, Tom Mix, and Groucho Marx. They'll find toys as old as the 1800's and as new as Star Wars, as tiny as a thimble and as big as a genuine full-size Rolls-Royce.

There are thousands and thousands of toys including dolls, trains, bicycles, cars, trucks, and cap guns. And to help bring back that Christmas morning feeling, there are window displays from the 1930's of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol." Visitors can wander about on their own, discovering room after room of fascinating displays, or take a guided tour.
